Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package through the carrier’s tracking page until it arrives at your doorstep.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, customs clearance, or unexpected carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier-related issues. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our support team at support@clogshub.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available during checkout.
I entered the wrong size. What should I do?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. If your order hasn’t entered processing, we’ll do our best to update the size for you.
My tracking hasn’t updated. Is this normal?
Yes. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If there has been no tracking update for several days, please contact our support team for assistance.
